Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to position the company as a trusted partner.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support to drive customer satisfaction.

Strategic Collaboration & Partner Management:

• Work closely with IT business partners to maintain strong relationships and develop joint strategies to drive sales growth.
• Partner with internal teams and external partners to develop customized solutions and effectively position products in the marketplace.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement:

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by following up on leads and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and expand the customer base.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Degree or diploma in Business, IT, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

• Proven sales experience in IT solutions, with a strong background in network security, storage, and enterprise networking.
