What you will be doing:

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.

The Regional Event Operations Manager is responsible for overall account leadership, serving as the key regional point of contact and accountable for success metrics, account retention, strategic development, and management of the assigned global client account in the pharmaceutical industry.

Your responsibilities

• Directly accountable for overall account relationship and service delivery, delivering on client expectations, and achieving BCD M&E account financial performance. Monitor negotiated savings on total meeting spend to ensure client expectation of savings/cost avoidance is being met.
