Job Objectives
As Flight Training Operations Specialist - Training Support & Delivery, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the flight crew training courses conducted by AATC whilst ensuring the highest quality of flight training and satisfaction is delivered to Airbus customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AATC.
- Check and ensure trainees fulfil all necessary flight experience and prerequisites during the registration process.Â
- Check and ensure all regulatory approvals are attained before training commencement.Â
- Prepare grade sheets, course materials and other relevant training paperwork for Training department.
- Perform trainee registration using Company tools and in accordance with Company procedures.
- Conduct welcome briefings for trainees on the first day of their training.
- Monitor completion status of trainees attending remote learning courses.
- Provide regular updates to customers’ training department on trainees’ progress when courses are ongoing.
- Liaise with Training department and instructors on the completion of training records when courses are ongoing and/or completed.
- Collaborate with other internal departments (Planning, Training, Maintenance, Quality, Customer Experience and Commercial Sales) on operational matters during training execution.
- Manage any training disruptions or unscheduled changes to training course programmes with internal departments and customers.
- Prepare course certificates, licensing paperwork and organise training records for customers in accordance with Company procedures upon customers’ completion of training.
- Manage test notifications, process and submit flight crew licensing paperwork to Civil Aviation Authorities on behalf of Training department and/or customers.
- Perform archiving of trainee folders in accordance with Company procedures.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Participate and contribute to Training Operations improvement projects under guidance of Training Operations Director
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experience, such as birthday celebrations for trainees and welcome ceremonies for new airline customers.
- Assist in any ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the Training Operations Director
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a multicultural / multinational setting
- Min. Diploma in aviation/aerospace/aeronautical fields with 2-3 year working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Understanding of CAAS and/or EASA flight crew licensing regulations will be advantageous
