Job Description:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Assurance Plan for production of products.
Benchmark, develop and implement inspection methods and procedures to meet quality objective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into the entire project lifecycle.
- Participate in product testing during design and development cycle and support in product/process qualification.
- Interpret and analyze mechanical drawings with attention to details.
- Identify, document, and report defects or anomalies, working closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Facilitate meetings for Material Review Board (MRB) disposition.
- Support in internal and external audits.
- Execute in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, equipment testing in system and quality assurance.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong interest in quality assurance, project coordination, and the munition industry.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintain high standards of quality.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Possesses strong time management skills, excels under pressure, and demonstrates the capability to multitask efficiently within demanding timeframes.
- Ability to write technical reports.
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings with knowledge of measuring equipment.
