Job Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Field Engineering.

• Minimum 10 year(s) of working experience in the construction projects and Marine Project Experience

• Team Facilitator, effective in negotiation skill

• Ability to clearly particulate expectations

• Working knowledge of STAR*NET software.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & Civil 3D BIM application.

• Able to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.

• Able to provide design and shop drawings.

• Able to provide advices on altering design changes to suit site condition.

• Comprehensive problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge on Underwater Construction Site exp: Cofferdam Construction, Underwater Concrete Construction.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage all documents for the project(s)
• Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other works being assigned from time to time
• Maintaining and updating the database
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences / drawings / documents / reports are organized according to Project Filing Code
• Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
• Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person.
• Review each document for conformity and accuracy
• Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy
• accessibility to specific records and projects
• Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs
• Maintains an updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly
• Generate various document control reports as required Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O level
• Minimum 3 years experience of Document Control in Construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office - Good Knowledge of Aconex & Newforma is preferred

Responsible for oversees and coordinates construction projects, planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process, from project initiation to completion. To work closely with project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet the desired objectives. Analyse tender documents and understand the needs of the client, plan and coordinate bid preparation to ensure deadlines are met and review the overall pricing of tenders and ensure the correctness of costing. Manage to handle tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards and also monitor and supervise on-site activities, ensuring that the work is carried out safely and in compliance with building codes and regulations. In addition to project management, serve as effective communicators and problem solvers, facilitate collaboration among project team members, resolve conflicts, and address any issues or challenges that arise during construction and maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring that everyone involved is well-informed.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the development of Risk Management module in SAP system
• Assist in the review and update of Risk Management Policies and Procedures
• Support in the coordination and completion of annual external (JSOX) Audit for company level controls with parent company
• Support and assist to prepare and coordinate with parent company on Project Tender Review and Partnership Assessment
• Administer and maintenance of Risk Register and the Risk Database
• Prepare and update Monthly reports for meetings in an accurate and timely manner
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
