Requirements

· Degree in Finance or Accounting

· At least 5 years of progressive finance experience including FP&A and Controller experience

· Ability to develop relationships across senior leadership team in order to gain trust and influence decision making

· Ability to lead with integrity and serve as an effective change agent

· Knowledge of accounting, financial, inventory, and payroll systems required

· Strong strategic / budget development, planning, and analytical ability

· Excellent understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

· Demonstrated success in process improvement and technology implementations in financial and accounting functions

· Demonstrated success in cost management/reduction efforts

· Multi-store retail, ecommerce, and consumer goods experience is an added advantage.
