About the role:
Based in Singapore, you’ll become a vital part of our motorized blowers group, collaborating closely with
internal partners from procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to translate
customer needs into cutting-edge designs. With an opportunity to build and grow a new team, the potential

Responsibilities:
•Design Authority: As a key player in the Product Lifecycle Engineering (PLE) specialization,
you’ll assume the role of Design Authority for released products, transitioning them from the
Product Development Project Team.
•Strategic Impact: Develop and implement strategic and operational objectives to achieve the
organizational mission, directing and managing employees and resources effectively.•
•Cross-functional Interaction: Regularly engage with internal stakeholders, customers, and
peer managers, effectively bridging various functional areas, company divisions, and units.
•Leadership: Coach and mentor team members on performance and often lead cooperative
efforts among project team members
•International Collaboration: Oversee teams based in both Singapore and California,
ensuring seamless international cooperation.
About You:
To excel as an Associate Manager in PLE, you need to be an innovative problem solver with strong
analytical skills and excellent communication. You have proven experience leading a high performing team
of engineers and poses strong project management skills with the ability to set team priorities with crossfunctional input.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely
related discipline.
•Proven expertise in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving, using recognized
methods and techniques.
•Experience with controlled documents, change note processes, engineering drawings, and
geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Preferred:
• Ability to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent.
A thorough understanding of manufacturing operations and/or the product development
lifecycle
• Deep knowledge of motor and/or rotary components.
Solid understanding of sound (noise) and vibration theory, testing, equipment, and data
analysis.
•Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment in a highly regulated industry,
preferably medical devices.
