Responsibilities

As an Engineering & Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for designing and presenting customised engineering systems to the company’s prospective clients and ensuring deliverables of the system. You will be contributing to the Engineering team in the following key areas:

• Conducting environmental workshops and training for the project
• In charge of pre-project planning and advice on the measures to take in areas on noise/water/air pollution control, waste/pest infestation control, and public/neighbors’ engagement and management

Job Requirements:

• A Registered ECO with NEA
• A Registered ECMO with IES
• Attained Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience as ECO for LTA projects
• Experience in civil works (road and viaduct) & ASAC awards preferred
• Proficient in GGBS requirements/implementation and ISO14001:2015 standards
• Proficient with MS Office
• Location: Woodlands
• Project: Infrastructure, Viaducts

1. Plan machining by studying engineering drawings with

understanding of General Dimensions / Tolerances.

2. Programming by entering instructions, including zero and

reference points; setting tools and parameters.

3. Handle all CNC machine related mechanism

4. Verify settings with measurable and First-Off parts against

drawings

5. Ensure safe operations and handling at all times
6. Practice preventive maintenance on machines

1) Proficiency in Precision Machining Programming using CAM Software

2) Design Jig and Fixtures for precision machining works.

3) Lead and organize the machinists and operators in daily CNC Machinery operations works

4) Responsible for daily Productivity and Quality improvement studies, plans and implementation.

5) Responsible for and take charge of 5S activities in housekeeping of workplace
