Capital Markets IT (CMI) is the IT department within the bank focused on solutions related to Capital Markets. As an Principal Engineering Architect, you will be working within the Architecture & Innovation team with a primary mandate to provide architecture guidance as part of the Design Authority. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. IT end-user computing devices and software requirements shall include deploying, maintaining, managing, supporting, troubleshooting, installing and configuring of notebooks / laptops, printers, desktop PCs, monitors, tablets, anti-malware software, operating systems, business software applications (MS Office, MS Office 365 applications, Adobe Acrobat and etc.), client machines network connectivity and etc

2. IT managed service requirements shall include managing IT incidences, IT service requests, IT problems, IT change requests, IT configuration and IT reporting

3. Manage and resolve customer helpdesk servers, LAN/WAN, cabling, video conferencing, backups, offsite backups, switches, firewalls and ensure 24x7 availability

4. Troubleshoot PC, gadgets, network, servers and provide solutions to resolve such failures on both immediate and long-term basis

5. Ensure Backups and Restorations are successful and properly done on a daily basis

6. Assess, review and recommend existing IT infrastructure for potential weaknesses and propose and implement solution or mitigation process

7. Monitor and trend network and system utilization and apply the information towards improving infrastructure availability, resilience and security

8. Set up VIP’s gadgets, internet, troubleshoot issues request in a timely manner and ensure that they can receive their emails on their mobile and other devices

9. Operate and manage the overall Server, Storage, Applications, Disaster Recovery and Security Infrastructure Operations at customer premises or cloud

10. Implement plans of IT measures, IT policy, IT Processes and Audit Compliance

11. Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance on day-to-day basis

12. Reviews of the existing information and systems landscape across The Group, and proactively implement infrastructure and system improvements to enhance business benefits and reduce business risks

13. Rack mounting, OS installation and PC cloning

14. Manage Software Licenses, hardware and software inventories, asset tagging and cable patching a labelling to the network ports (both at the network equipment and EUC device end)

15. Perform Vendor Management and submit monthly fix asset end-to-end

16. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

JOB QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer or IT-related field

2. Strong technical knowledge in Troubleshooting of PC, Network and Server related problems

3. Familiar with Windows Servers Active Directory domain services administration, troubleshooting, health check and fine-tuning

4. Experience in Implementing and Maintaining Backup Solutions

5. Resourceful Engineer who knows how to solve problems independently using online and offline resources

6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Able to communicate well with end-users & have strong sense of responsibility

8. Good sense of ownership to customers’ reported issues and track them through resolution and bring to closure of ticket raised

9. Liaise with product manufacturers for problem escalation and resolution

10. Good communication and Interpersonal Skills in English and Mandarin

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation, filing, maintaining and updating of enquiry from client such as NDA, EOI, acknowledgement form, questionnaire, registration, tender packages, etc.
• Screening, filing, maintaining and updating of submitted quotation
• Filing, maintaining and updating of work order, pre-qualification survey, evaluation form and ASPL (Approval Service Provider List)
• Screening of contract (during tendering and award phase)
• Filing, maintaining and updating of contract document
• Maintain and update corporate information such as brochures, track record, etc.
• Keying data in the BQ
• Dedicated and responsible employee and Positive working attitude
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Higher Nitec/ Diploma holder
• 2-4 years of related working experience
• Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
• Good working attitude
• Good organizational skills, multi-tasker and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated and resourceful

• Work closely with the signal team to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, including the provisions of the WSH (Construction) Regulations and WSH (Operation of Cranes) Regulations in daily lifting operations.
• Able to work from height to ascertain whether the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operations and report this to the lifting supervisor.
• Perform pre-work inspection on the crane as required by the manufacturer’s handbook to ensure that it is safe for operation and report any malfunction of the crane.
• Be prepared to stop work or to notify the WSHE Department in the event of any WSHE deviations
• Able to operate the crane in a safe manner under clear signal from a signalman
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
• Qualified crane operator with BCA and MOM recognized
• Undertake any other assignment related to his scope of work assigned by the HOD and/or Management whenever deemed necessary.

Value Add of Position

• Knowledge of WSHE legal guidelines to advise and rectify site activities

Job Responsibilities

• Check and verify that the works being implemented on the job site are incompliance with the requirement of latest approved drawings and contract specifications
• Plan and arrange concrete trail mix as per specs.
• Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) once activities deviated from the approved drawings and Contract specifications
• Liaise with the QPs/Client for the closure of Non-Conformance notices.
• Preparation and Submission of Method of Statement, Quality record and documents, Test Results, Material Submission and Concrete Design Mixes for client approval
• Maintain Project Quality Plan, Management Plan and other Quality records, attend and/or arrange testing activities
• Compilation of all test reports for submission to the authorities via transmittal
• Update of progress monthly report under quality matters for submission to the authorities.
• Support the site external and internal quality audits.

Job Specifications

• Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Geospatial Solutions Developer with a strong background in the design and development of end-to-end geospatial solutions systems, software engineering, image processing and data analytics to join our innovative team. You are expected to design, develop, and deploy geospatial analytics solutions, leveraging your expertise in image processing, data engineering and analytics to generate insights from large volumes of data. • Participate in entire product life cycle, including defining product vision, market survey, product positioning in market, understanding/addressing customer pain points, implementation roadmap, engineering and development to ensure successful product implementation.
• Design end-to-end geospatial solutions systems which include efficient and remote management of ground station resources for satellite constellation, seamless transfer and processing pipelines of large volume of data and cloud-based deployment of geospatial analytics software.
• Lead and develop analytics solutions for maritime/agriculture/sustainability end use applications leveraging on multi-modal data sources e.g. multispectral, SAR imagery, textual data and computer vision, AI/ML technologies.
• Develop advanced satellite ground segment and ground station concepts to manage and monitor satellite constellation and schedule resources of a network of ground stations to support satellite constellation operations.
• Satellite system engineering and development such as AIT and AOCS.
• Work with business development and sales teams to develop comprehensive geospatial products roadmap.
• Provide pre and post sales technical support.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in remote sensing techniques, Geospatial Information System processing system, SAR principles, interferometry, polarimetry processing and applications.
• Familiar and understand imaging satellite systems and imaging products.
• Proficient in NodeJS, Python, TypeScript programming and experience with libraries such as OpenCV and TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar.
• Proficient in frontend frameworks e.g. React, Angular, Bootstrap and in developing backend services using Restful APIs.
• Proficient with any RDBMS or Non-SQL DB – e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, containerisation and software development workflow.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and development on cloud would be an advantage.
