JOB DESCRIPTION

• To work in civil and infrastructure projects
• Plan work schedule and materials inventory
• Supervise and inspect construction work on site
• Manage site workers, vendors and sub-contractors
• Monitor work progress and ensure good quality work in compliance with contract specifications, drawings and standards

JOB REQUIREMENT

• At least 5 years of working experience as Site Supervisor; applicant with more years of experience will be considered for Senior Site Supervisor post
• Willing to work under varying weather conditions outdoors
• Proven track record of ability to plan ahead (work schedule and material requisition)
• Must possess safety supervision certificate in the following areas: Building Construction, Formwork Safety
• Good to have safety supervision certificate in the following areas: Work-at-Height, Scaffold Erection

Job Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules and resources (manpower, material, equipment) to meet project completion targets
• Anticipate potential project roadblocks and come out with workarounds; resolve minor ones independently and escalate major ones to Project Manager together with possible solutions
• Execute project in accordance with detailed work programmes and construction drawings with no compromise on quality and safety
• Regular communication with project stakeholders to coordinate site works
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB)
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience
• Have initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Projects

Job Description:

• Repair and rectify equipment failures and malfunctions; test and recommission rectified systems or equipment.
• Overhaul, inspect, calibrate, and service equipment during scheduled plant outages.
• Implement modifications, upgrades, and installation plans to enhance system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Maintain detailed work reports and data using software like Maximo, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Assist Engineers and Technical Officers with maintenance work.
• Supervise contractors under their charge.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Possesses knowledge of Instrumentation
• Preferably possesses 2 years of experience in Power Plant or Oil and Gas industry
• Self-driven, with a good working attitude and a good team player
