Job Responsibilities

1. To lead a team of mechanical/HVAC design engineers, designers and 3D modellers.

2. Participate in bidding support for tendering projects incl. technical clarifications, etc.

14. Co-ordinate externally and internally with other disciplines on design development, resolve design and interface related issues.

15. Co-ordinate with project management department to ensure that all mechanical/HVAC design deliverables are issued in accordance with the plan project schedule.

16. Co-ordinate with project management department for scope changes and variations.

17. Attend to shipyard/vendor site for engineering site support and resolve design related issues.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 8 years of working experience in the area of basic and detailed design in shipbuilding, marine & offshore and oil & gas, offshore new energy industry etc.

2. Proven working experience in a wide range of shipbuilding and marine & offshore structures (e.g. self-elevating units, column stabilized units, surface type units, new build or conversion FPSO/FSO/FPU/MOPU hull and topside design), participated in at least 3 offshore project.

3. Diploma in mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines.

4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

5. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

6. Preferable if competent in speaking and writing mandarin with colleagues in the China branch.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• 10 years’ experience in the process and/or utility/power construction industry.

Job Description:

• Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QAQC requirement.
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections on mainly Structural Works and Architectural Works.
• Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.

The innovative development of industrial and commercial cold storage is our main growth driver. I.e to say we are doing installation works for big warehouses etc.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Prepare and distribute sales-related documents and reports.

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in-person.

· Provide information about restaurant services, menus, pricing, and special promotions.

· Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

· Coordinate and execute events such as private dining, corporate meetings, and special functions.

· Liaise with customers to understand their event requirements and preferences.

· Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless execution of events.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales conversions.

· Monitor inventory levels of promotional materials and coordinate their distribution as needed.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

· Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Qualifications:

· Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

· Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English

· Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Your Role:

· Invoicing, quotation, purchasing and maintain inventory.

· Data entry and filing of documents.

· Answering and directing customer calls.

· Perform other ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned.

Job requirements:

· Candidates with at least 2 years’ experience may apply. (Senior applicants welcome)

· Have good proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

· Must have good attitude, meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently.

Job Responsibilites:

• Requisition fulfilment for raw materials, workshop tools and office supplies
• Generate purchase orders, oversea delivery schedules and maintain purchase records
• Manage suppliers, resolve discrepancies or quality issues on purchases
• Inventory management with workshop/storeman

Job Requirement:

• NTC/ Diploma preferably in Mechanical/Precision engineering
• Min. 2 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas/engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
