The Senior Design Engineer is responsible for engineering and design of grid connected solar photovoltaic systems (including utility-scale and distributed generation projects). He/she will review solar system engineering designs, modelling, and performance data, and provide engineering support during the development and construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical and related site information for use in the design of commercial and utility-scale solar power systems

• Responsible for the development and execution of test plans during all phases of product development. This includes the creation of both manual test cases and automated scripting for functional and non-functional system testing
