MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our team, providing critical administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our IT department.

Responsibilities:

• General Administrative Tasks:Answer phones and emails, screening inquiries and directing them to appropriate staff.
  Manage calendars and schedule appointments for IT staff.
  Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for IT documentation, records, and inventory.
  Prepare meeting materials, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for IT staff (if applicable).
  
• IT-Specific Support:Assist IT staff with user account management and access control.
  Prepare basic reports and presentations to support IT projects.
  Manage IT service requests and track their resolution (may involve ticketing systems).
  Maintain IT asset database (track hardware, software licenses, etc.).
  Stay informed on basic IT procedures and company policies.
  
• Communication and Collaboration:Act as a professional and courteous point of contact for internal and external clients (vendors, partners).
  Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  Collaborate effectively with IT staff and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a diploma or equivalent in office administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with IT terminology and basic IT processes (a plus).
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibility:

• Handles Full Spectrum of Accounts Payable
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors on payment issue
• Perform Creditors’ Reconciliation
• Handle staff reimbursements
• Assist in cash management
• Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA Level 1
• 3-5 Years' experience in handling partial accounts
• Advanced MS Excel skills/Macros
• Knowledge in ACCPAC accounting software will be advantageous
• Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under timeline pressure
• Able to start immediately or with short notice

Roles & Responsibilities:

Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked.

Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.

Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned

Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes.

Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager

Able to produce shop drawing as per schedule & revised the shop drawing in one week upon receiving commented drawing.

Understand the construction / Shop drawings presentation and relevant requirements.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least ITE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Candidates shall have relevant experience in Singapore.

Preferably have working experience in Fire Protection Services.

Min 10 years experience in M&E including Fire Protection system Design with using drafting and design software, AutoCAD, Revit MEP (BIM) etc.,

Familiar with latest Fire code.

Able to propose solutions to the discrepancies

Able to start work immediately.
