Job Description

• Position Title: Engineering Assistant / Assistant QA Engineer
• Working Location: Pioneer (Nearby MRT station)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM – 4.45 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all lab equipment.
• Perform daily analysis of plating chemicals.
• Calculate the required top-up amounts for plating chemicals.
• Update control charts and ensure all analysis results are accurately recorded.
• Calibrate lab and wastewater treatment plant’s ORP meters in-house.
• Review and update work instructions for the lab and wastewater treatment plant as needed.
• Ensure smooth operation of auto-analyzers for treated effluents.
• Monitor and maintain inventory for "Quick Test Kits" used for daily effluent checks.
• Keep the plating laboratory clean and organized following 5S housekeeping principles.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Manage product/process Control Plan, FMEA, and Process Flow.
• Assist with internal and external audits when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.

About the Client:

Our client is a Major Player within the Telecommunication Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to design, plan, operational and ensure timely implementation of OSP/ISP fiber.
• Plan and implement Project of Telecommunications OSP and ISP Infrastructure.
• Manage operational planning, workflow and reporting processes, assuring quality of service delivery to the client.
  Manage, train, track and analyze the performance of various stakeholders to ensure work is appropriately scheduled and carried out to meet projects requirements and timeline and completed with quality of work done.
• Develop and establish processes, risk management strategies and controls ensuring cost, quality, scope, and delivery goals are met.
  Collaborate and negotiate with product owners & stakeholder’s users to ensure requirements were met while resolving conflicts, submission for required permit approval and removing blockers.
• Project & Operational Management. Establish and implement matrixes, plan resources to ensure smooth coordination, execution, and implementation of wide projects in parallel.

Skills/Requirement

• Experience in Planning and designing of Fiber networks. Implementation and managing projects.
• Experience in Portfolio, program and project management Financial Profit and loss, budgeting, Risk Management, Negotiation, Service Delivery, Vendor Management.
• Experience on Site Build, POP, DC, CLS, including Power, space & Cooling, Rack & stack, structured cabling.
