Job Description:

• To provide site support to the Project Manager & Engineers;
• To perform job estimations. drawings, site surveys and etc;
• To effectively handle customer’s direct complaints and feedbacks so that situation won’t be aggravated;
• To assist in preparation of daily and weekly program for asphalt laying works;
• To closely co-ordinate and supervise progress of works by ensuring timely and safely completion of each works and fully comply with customer’s needs;
• To perform site measurements, maintain records and submit date to Project Manager & Engineers for billing;
• To update daily work done for all jobs;
• To lead team in performing house-keeping on site after every job is completed;
• To ensure compliance with ISO requirements & EHS standards;

We need Engineer experienced in Singapore for 2 years. Responsible for all aspects of underground work including cable pulling, installing instruments & threaded rod; install CMS, trunking, tray, ladder rack, confined space entry, small power, and lighting, terminating and gladding SWA.· Examined installations and observed operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications, and provided technical assistance to field personnel in the areas of high voltage distribution equipment and high voltage motors/generators Purchased and maintained office supply inventories, and always careful to adhere

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in both English and Mandarin are essential to understand documents and communicate with suppliers

3. Experience: No experience needed (on-the-job training provided)
4. Education: Secondary education and above (or equivalent)
5. Skill: Farmiliar with basic computer functions, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Job Description

1. Assist in data entry and administrative tasks
2. Assist in general office work

· Report to the Senior Facility Engineer/Engineer

· Lead, train and supervise a team of engineering technicians to undertake:

1. Breakdown, repair and modification work for all utilities services, facility equipment (such as boiler, air compressor, ammonia chiller, cold room, air con, waste water treatment plant, cooling towers, etc …) and factory buildings.
2. New equipment installation works.
3. Engineering modification works.
4. Preventive maintenance works.
5. Weekend works

· Take charge of the engineering store and ensure that all movements of spare parts are properly documented

· Ordering of spare parts

· Supervising of contractor’s work

· Monitor and control overtime of the workers

· Ensure the safety of his subordinates

Requirement

· Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

· Strong hands-on skills

· Having basic mechanical knowledge would be advantageous
