Job Description:

As a Management Trainee, you will:

• Undergo a comprehensive training program: Gain hands-on experience and exposure to various departments, including Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Learn from industry experts: Work closely with Engineers to develop a deep understanding of our business operations, products and industry dynamics.
• Participate in projects and assignments: Honing your skills in Sales Planning, Technical Decision-Making, Problem-solving, and Project management, while also cultivating your ability to integrate complex technical solutions, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to dynamic customer requirements.
• Rotate through different roles: Experience various aspects of our business to prepare for the responsibilities of a Sales Manager.

Post-Training Placement:

Upon successful completion of the one-year training program in Singapore Headquater, you will be assigned to our Indonesia office as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business in Indonesia.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience in managing a team.

Aggressive and result driven.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Willingness to relocate to Indonesia after the training period.

Job Description

• Working closely with project management team to initiate, implement and monitor workplans.
• Assist in maintaining established BIM standards and workflow.
• Prepare design and construction documentation.
• Coordinate and liaise with project / construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines
• Handle project coordination.
• Able to use BIM software and modelling techniques including but not limited to AutoDesk Revit (Architecture/Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Electrical), & etc.

Job Requirements

• A recognized Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Construction
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD software, well-versed in using Autodesk Revit BIM software/tools.

• Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes.

Responsibilities:

§ Part of project team responsible for Testing and Commissioning

§ Understand the Graphical User Interface

§ Prepare testing point information list

§ Configuration of points to be tested

§ Perform factory and site testing to ensure database integrity

Requirements:

§ NITEC or Higher NITEC in Technical or Engineering discipline

§ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

§ Able to work independently with the directions from Project leads, training will be provided

§ Will be involved in projects dealing with SCADA systems

Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 3 months depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)
