• Experience : Min. 10 years of QAQC experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Min of 2 FPSO/FSO Projects Completion.

• Review Client’s Requirement, Technical Specifications & Tender Specifications to generate engineering deliverables (General Specification & Particular Specifications, Datasheets, Major Equipment List, Pipe List, Mass Balance, Hydraulic Profiles, Process Flow Diagram, Process & Instrumentation Diagram, etc.)

• Assist the Engineering Manager on engagement with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, and others for the development of design, procurement, fabrication, construction, erection and commissioning works.

• Coordinate with inter-disciplines engineering team (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Automation, C&S, Piping & Systems/Skids Engineering and Drafting) on development of engineering deliverable on a timely basis.

• Reviewing and providing input to project schedule and ensure all planned dates and progress are realistic. Provide updates on engineering deliverables per schedules and implement catch-up actions where applicable.

• Procurement Services Support: Develop the applicable Equipment List/Package, Technical Specifications and Bill of Materials to support Procurement Department to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ). Requirements:

This position involves supervising electricians, subcontractors, and other personnel, while ensuring all electrical systems and equipment meet operational and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control systems on FPSO vessels.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to project specifications, industry standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC), and regulatory requirements (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register).
• Manage electrical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of electrical works, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure the constructability and operability of electrical systems on the FPSO.
• Oversee the installation of electrical equipment, including generators, transformers, switchgear, motors, lighting systems, and communication networks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify electrical work complies with project requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues encountered during construction and commissioning, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing project delays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in electrical construction.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical supervision, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role within the oil and gas or offshore industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems used in FPSO vessels, including high-voltage and low-voltage power systems, control systems, and hazardous area equipment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
