Job Requirements:

· Minimum Degree in related field

· Knowledge of BIM

· Skillful in AUTO CAD and Revit MEP

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in building construction industry

· Preferably relevant working experience in Design & Build

Job Scope:

- Knowledge of UBS Software
-Able to handle full sets of accounts
-Checking and ensure claims are accurate
-Issuance of relevant documents (eg. DO, CN, Invoice)
-Manage assets and inventory
-Payroll
-Computation and submission of GST
-Preparation of financial statements monthly for the Management
-Cashbook and general journal entries
-Keep track of Company's cashflow, incomes & expenses

• Operate precision CNC turning/milling machine
• Perform CAD/CAM programming
• Interpret Engineering Drawings and Feature of Control Symbols
• Simple setting up of work piece and tooling set up
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
• Able to handle 8" to 12" chuck CNC Turn/Mill Machine, Fanuc control

• Proficient in Quality Consciousness with the ability to meet productivity goals
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC milling / Turning centre
