• Handle Service and repair cases of ear pieces, In-The- Ear (ITE) Hearing Aids, Behind-The-Ear (BTE) Hearing Aids
• Handle Urgent custom made ear piece order
• Provide Support in logistics (i.e Packing)
• Trimming/ Filling Ear mold
• Need to perform soldering work
• Quality Check and testing of all out-going instruments
• Scanning Ear impression for custom made ear mold and ordering from Vietnam
• Maintain housekeeping for safe working environment
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Description:

• Involve in Site Management.
• Heading a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants. Ensure overall construction progress base on schedule.

Requirements:

Your Team, Your Impact

As a test development staff engineer in the Operations business group, you will test features on the silicon semiconductor chips Marvell produces for internal and external customers. You will make sure we don’t ship out any underperforming units. You’ll work closely with design to make sure their chip features are testable and that the results meet the customer’s specifications. You may even have to write new code or develop new testing strategies when our chips outpace the capabilities of current testing equipment.

What You Can Expect

• As an ATE Engineer, you will be responsible for developing test programs and hardware on the ATE (Automated Testing Equipment) for characterization and production testing of very high performance networking semiconductor devices.
• You will need to be able to utilize the ATE equipment tools and capabilities to optimize its performance without compromising the quality of outgoing products.
• You will also be responsible for developing and tracking the fully life cycle of the project from beginning to its final completion.
• You will be developing test plans and supporting various phases of manufacturing. Be responsible for design, development and verification of new firmware features

What We're Looking For

• Education: BS in EE (Specialization in Semiconductors)

• Skill in Advantest 93K ATE tester

• Knowledge of high speed ATE hardware design

• Skill in programming/scripting (C & C++ or Python or Perl)

• Knowledge of Digital and Mixed Signal design and test

• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills

• Demonstrate project management, team work and leadership necessary for successful project completion

As a Senior Staff Engineer in the Product Engineering organization at Marvell, you will be part of a brilliant growing team of engineers that solves complex problems. In this role, you will be working with our design, product & test development team in US and in APAC; supporting new product introduction projects & activities to ensure smooth transition of these new products from development to manufacturing phase.

• Responsible new product introduction initial phase of silicon bring up working with NPI Product and Test team in the US to validate new device features and test/DFT methodologies.
• Collaborate with NPI PE, Test, Foundry and Reliability Engineering teams to drive NPI development of highspeed datacenter products and their variants.
• Analyze yield at engineering sample phase and characterize NPI product performances and manufacturing yield window including bench correlation to meet product cost targets.
• Perform data mining and statistical data analysis on wafer sort and final test parametric to support initial product assessment.
• Perform functional testing and analysis to ensure product operation and reliability.
• Support test engineering on resolving test program related issues.
• Support volume engineering sample supply for early customer engagement.
• Plan and coordinate (data analysis, debug, root-cause, implementing solutions) yield & test time improvement activities to meet the set mass production release goals.
• Engage & manage Test Sub-con in early production stage
• Collaborate with HVM PE to identify and drive production capacity improvement after production release via test time reduction, yield improvements, qualifying alternate sources etc.

What We're Looking For

• B.S. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. M.S. preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and device physics
• Strong analytical skills and statistically literate. Knowledge of yield analysis, quality management tools, GR&R, Cp, Cpk.
• Working knowledges of Auto Test Equipment (ATE), Adventest 93K, UltraFlex, test handler, wafer prober is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency with strong hands-on test development and debug skills
• Self-directed, capable of managing complex projects, working individually and collaborating with other technologists to achieve objectives
• Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
