• To administer and implement an effective Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) in accordance with prevailing legislation (such as CP79 or SHMS) and preparation for third-party external safety audit.
• To conduct environmental inspections of the construction work-site to ensure a clean and healthy working environment.
• To assist the WSHO in EHS promotion to promote awareness among workers by organizing campaigns, training courses, competitions.

Requirements:

• Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Construction.
• Certified with WAH and Confined Space in Assessor.
• Previous experience in LTA - MRT projects preferred.
• Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills.

We are now looking for candidates with at least 5 years experience in Senior QS position with experience in Metal Works /structural steel / stainless steel and aluminium architectural works for Condos & HDB building project.

. To perform the whole tender process, including taking off, pricing, clarification, filling tender documents & quotations
• Reviews tender documents/requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements.
• Responsible for the details and accurate quantity taking off, details measurements for all projects.
• Analysis of price comparison, and updating pre & post quotation clarifications
• To call customer for awarded projects from project information to participate in their ongoing and tender projects.
• To handle monthly progress claim and perform variation orders, finalize accounts.
• Ensure proper documentation of all records and claims be submit on time
• To handle of oversea and local order materials and monitor and ensure delivery materials to site.
• Work closely with the project team and superior in the analysis, evaluation, and negotiations of quotations, to ensure timely submit to main contractor.
• Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project for submission of retention claim.
• Attendance to project & site meeting when require.

Job Descriptions:

- Perform Weapon Systems Preventive and Corrective maintenance works at SAF bases.

- Provide support services in operation exercise.

- Peform Material, Infrastructure and Repair Management .

- Perform functional check and/or repair on testers and unit under Test.

- Liaise with customers on maintenance schedule, planning, monitor, control and execution of works.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering preferred.

- Able to interpret schematics, technical manual and drawings for maintenance works.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person.

- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others.

- Posess Class 3 driving licence
