REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Singapore's building and construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Experience in swimming pool construction, or steel structure / M&E trades is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations in Singapore. Proficiency in industry-related and office processing software (e.g., Autodesk, Microsoft Project, Microsoft office) is essential.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary project teams to achieve common goals.
