About the team

The goal of the Global CRM Engineering team is to build a stable, flexible and intelligent CRM platform for TikTok, improve commercialization efficiency and client satisfaction. The Singapore CRM engineering team is tasked with creating the revenue planning and forecasting modules within the CRM.

You'll work hands-on in a fast paced environment to create technical solutions and provide actionable recommendations for TikTok's proprietary CRM platform. You'll work alongside a global team of product managers located in TikTok's major markets to build innovative sales, marketing and analytics tools to increase user adoption and satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Backend development of TikTok's proprietary CRM platform.

- Turn TikTok's proprietary CRM into an enterprise ready, market leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry.

- Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields.

- 3+ years of experience building scalable systems.

- Professional experience with Java is preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Ad Sales automated processes is a plus.

- Familiarity with time series forecasting models is a plus

To independently review & develop various complex commissioning deliverables, analyze the documents and highlight the shortfalls through vigorous review process and address these shortfalls with the team.

Develop Onshore and Offshore Commissioning Procedures for Instrumentation and Control Systems. • To support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirement

Prepare & Review of company development work methodology / procedures.

Capable of managing demanding expectations of clients which may range from addressing gaps to unexpected work scope variations while ensuring conformance to the project, regulatory and contract requirements.

Attend FAT and SAT depending on project requirements.

Independently deals with regulatory authority, class, vendors and clients with regards to comments or queries on commissioning deliverables and develops technical/engineering solutions to the issues raised.

Participates in meetings with the project team to review progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary based on the standard procedures, practices and lessons learnt from past projects to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.

Perform duties as per directives of reporting authority.

Leads site execution team on performing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities planned for the Instrumentation & Control systems, managing the interfaces with Construction and Pre-Operations teams, ensuring adherence to yard and company PTW systems regarding all the Instrumentation & Control System Sow
