-Set up components such as tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches, etc.

-Program CNC machines by entering instructions, including zero and reference points.

-Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

-Perform inspections of equipment, structures, materials and products.

-Document actions by completing production and quality logs.

-Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in operating CNC machines.

-Knowledge of CNC machine operations, tooling and using precision measurement tools.

-Computer savvy with familiarity in programming and interpreting CNC software.

-Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and engineering drawings.

-Possess strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.

-Hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist.

- Electronics & Electrical Engineering background

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to find creative solutions and can work independently

- Experience with developing prototypes and conducting tests to validate designs

- Knowledgeable in IoT Systems, including embedded systems such as microcontrollers, graphical user interface(UI), sensors etc

- Proficient in programming languages such as Embedded C, C++, Python, Arduino, Xilinx and Vivado etc. or equivalent

- Knowledgeable in Circuit Design and PCB Design software such as Altium, Easy EDA, etc. or equivalent

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handle daily procurement operation tasks.

2. Manage and track Purchase Requisition and/or Purchase Order to make sure the procurement for projects is delivered on time.

3. Maintain and update list of approved suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.

4. Work closely and keep relevant stakeholders informed on the latest progress/status of delivery within expected timelines.

5. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.

6. Participate in implementation of cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies.

7. Ensure and promote compliance in accordance to company policies, processes and procedures.

8. Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.

9. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Procurement Manager.

Requirements

· 1 - 5 years of experience in purchasing role, preferably in M&E / Construction / Marine /Facilities Management Industry.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· Knowledge in ERP software is an added advantage.

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently and as a team player.

· Effective time and stress management under fast pace environment.
