Your Role

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings

The Requirements

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide timely and accurate support for hardware and software issues on client laptops. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve laptop-related problems such as operating system malfunctions, application crashes, connectivity issues, and peripheral device problems. Laptop Configuration & Setup:

Install, configure, and upgrade software, drivers, and essential tools on laptops.

Issue Resolution & Ticket Management:

Respond to user-reported issues via email, phone, or helpdesk system.

Inventory Management & Asset Tracking:
