Write Programmable Logic Control (PLC) program for automatic machine control & processes;

Develop process specific application function libraries.

PLC application programming and build new function library

Ability to utilize, debug, design and install engineering software

To collaborate and work together with the Design Team (comprising of both mechanical & electrical members) for the design concept arising from new project proposal and confirmed projects;

Requirements;

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering OR its equivalents;

Good knowledge of PLC and circuit design;

Demonstrated ability to visualize projects, develop and produce design from concept through completion

Sound knowledge of process instrumentation, PLC programs such as, Allen Brandy , Siemens, ABB

RS422, RS485, Modbus TCP, Profitbus , Profitnet , EntherIP and other industrial interface protocol

Knowledgeable of VB, VC, C# will be considered as an added advantage;

Plus;

Programming experience in C++, Python, SQL or similar language

Industrial electrical panel design

HMI/SCADA programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens , ABB 800xA)

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): PLC，HMI，SCADA, DCS

Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

- Handle general administrative duties such as attend to phone calls, email correspondences, filling of documentation & data entry ect.

- To provide administrative support to Admin/Accounts/Engineering Departments like tender submission, preparing the quotation, support preparing documentation and repot.

- Assist to organise and schedule meetings

- Required to prepare monthly submission reports for reporting purposes.

- Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Superior.

- Able to use measuring instrument (example: vernier caliper, micrometer, profile projector etc).

- Require grinding precision to 0.005mm.

- Quality check on pre-form and finished products.

- Able to understand drawing process requirement.

· NTC/NITEC Related technical skills certification

Pre-requisites:

Nature of Work:

Able to work independently with the complete quality control aspects of storage tank and Process piping Construction including process inspection, report generation, client coordination, testing and inspection.

Able to make Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Work Instructions and SOPs for various erection and test activites in accordance with relevent standards and codes.

Review engineering drawings, preparing Inspection & Test plan, Quality manuals, attending meeting with client on design and technical clarifications etc.

Managing a team of Quality control personnel and coordination with NDE personnel for performing NDE examination at work sites.

• Estimating quantity as per Approved for Construction drawings based on actual onsite change in quantity as per site conditions.
• Coordinate with the site construction team and Engineering department to finalize and certify the actual physical work done at the site to facilitate subcontractor payments.
• Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings, and Specifications.
• Ensure quantity take off QS Team are within the company standards and project requirements and scheduled Scope are available in the system for Monitoring.
• Monitoring of field design changes as per site conditions and STQ and processing of Subcontractor work payments.
• Monitoring quantity of material received by material controller, issued, and used at site by subcontractor to facilitate weekly progress.
• Evaluations of Site Instruction with Planned cost in comparison to original approved contract scope of work and identify difference in scope of works and subsequently finalize the site instruction with Planned cost and submit to through by Cost control and get approval by Company.
• Ensure that the subcontractor submits a new price If activity is not included in original scope of works and subsequently process the new price for evaluation and approval from management.
