Admin / HR Roles & Responsibilities

1. Administer work pass (WP, S Pass) application, renewal and cancellation, apply levy waiver, arrange medical check-up, OFWAS, employment contracts & etc.
2. Arrange & renew CSOC / core trade / training / safety courses etc.
3. Renew of company BCA / Bizsafe certificate / company equipment / Telco / SP services / accommodation contract.
4. Handle payroll, leave and other related matters.
5. Handle incoming calls and any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
6. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
7. Renew road tax, season parking, Insurance, VPC, COE of company vehicle, Workshop Licence, WICA, Public liability, FWMI.
8. General email correspondence with supplier / MOM / Government Sector.

Accounts Roles & Responsibilities

1. Generate invoices /Delivery order/Purchase Order.
2. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable duties such as payments, receipts, invoices.
3. Validated and recorded invoice.
4. Monthly reconciliation against supplier’s Statement of Account and rectifies the discrepancies.
5. Assist in GST and Taxation filing and reporting locally.
6. Liaise with auditor for annual audit.
7. Assist in submission of employees IR8A.

Priority for the candidate with the following :

• Responsible for full set of accounts.
• Ensure financial accounting standards comply with accounting, tax and legislative requirement.
• Daily cashflow monitoring & projection,maintain and update Cashflow report weekly.

• Prepare and submit GST to IRAS quarterly.
• Assist for monthly bank reconciliation and SOA preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support in the Accounts Payable, primarily, and Accounts Receivables functions such as book-keeping, accounts reconciliation, petty cash management, vendor management, timely payments and generation of invoices, monitoring of receipts
• Responsible for reconciliation of bank accounts and University’s system to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedule, including aging reports
• Prepare quarterly GST report(s)
• Prepare month-end and/or year-end closing and ensure timely submission for review
• Prepare journal entries for approval and into General Ledger

Requirements

• Preferably possesses a Diploma in Accountancy, or related qualification in Finance
• 3 to 5 years of prior experience in handling accounts payable function in Singapore; prior experience in US MNC is advantageous
• Possess good communications and interpersonal skills to work with cross functional teams
• IT-savvy, particularly in MS Office, Workday Finance will be advantageous
• Has a keen eye for detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
