Job Responsibilities:

• Purchasing and coordination of underground services plan
• Underground services detection and submission for NCE approval
• Coordination between sub-contractors and construction team on excavation works, services diversion, and reinstatement works

Requirements:

Shipments:

● Shipping / Logistics - Arrangements and follow-up on incoming / outgoing shipment, locally and internationally.

Regional MPM and RMS.

Administration:

● Weekly consolidation of upcoming Webinar invitation into eDM templates.

● Updating the A.Com website to ensure new webinars and events are included on a weekly basis.

● Consolidate monthly marketing reports from Marketing Program Managers (MPM) for reporting

to SAJK Marketing Director.

● Generate monthly expense overview report for Marcom Manager to keep track of the team’s

budget allocation and invoicing status. Keep track of the Team’s Blanket POs (BPO) for key

projects and work with agencies to ensure invoicing is done on time.

● Generation of Monthly Budget Report

● Update SAJK Sharepoint site, including the events calendar on a weekly basis.

● General Invoicing

● Ad Hoc administration as required

Systems Knowledge:

Experience in handling platforms such as:

SAP CRM

Education : Diploma in Business or equivalent combination of education and working experience.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate preparation and execution of overhauling of rotating equipment during turnarounds, emergency shutdowns and equipment breakdowns.

· Support Condition Monitoring program (viz. vibration monitoring, oil analysis etc.)

· Provide technical support during project execution for rotating equipment e.g. pumps, compressor, steam turbine and etc.

· Assist in identification of scope and budget for turnaround jobs on rotating equipment.

· Responsible for ensuring availability of spares and manpower required for overhauling of rotating equipment during turnarounds, emergency shutdowns and plant breakdown.

· Take lead in coordinating the site activities on rotating equipment during turnaround.

· Participate in scope challenge workshops and provide advice on technical issues related to rotating equipment.

· Carry out / Support Root cause Failure Analysis of rotating equipment

· Take ownership of the current Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) programs optimize the Preventive and Predictive maintenance activities.

· Improve the overall mean time between Failure (MTBF) of plant machinery

· Responsible for ensuring the preventive maintenance program for rotating equipment is complied with.

· Coordinate with contractor and ensure the quality of the job on rotating equipment.

· Coordinate overhaul of equipment with workshops.

· Conduct technical evaluation of rotating equipment vendors for minor and major projects.

· Carry out inspection during construction & commissioning of rotating equipment for minor and major projects.

Requirements

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

· At least 2 years’ experience in process industry.

· Must have led the overhaul of steam turbines, compressors and pumps.

· Should be good in coordination with vendors and contractors.

· Must have used SAP or other software’s for Planning of resources for maintenance work on rotating equipment.

· Must possess thorough knowledge of rotating equipment internals.

· Must be able to work under pressure and for longer durations in emergencies.

· Working knowledge of industrial codes and standards is desirable
