Job Description

• Good knowledge of FCU, Mechancial Ventilation Fans, Gas Piping, Plumbing and Sanitary
• Able to size MV fans
• Manage Shop drawing approval, material submission approval
• Good understanding of contract document, and well understand the scope of works, specifications which tendered for. Able to pick up variation orders during project phase.
• Project scheduling and able to plan and mobilize manpower effectively.
• Attend weekly site progress, technical meeting with consultants, main contractor.
• Coordination with various parties.

Requirement

• Dip/ Degree in Mechancial Engineering
• Min 2 years experience in M&E projects
• Good knowledge of code of practices, Fire codes related to MV
• Salary are based on experiences and capabilities.

Installation of Electrical Power Grids not exceeding 500 KVA.

LEW License is required.

Canditates with prior experience in Electrical Installation would be at an advantage.

Requirements

Minimum 5years relevant experience

Good exposure in the analysis and design of geotechnical works, concrete structures, steel structures, civil works, or soil-structure interactions

Good knowledge of the various engineering design software and analytical tools

Involved in project management with design coordination experience will be considered as well

• A combined history of almost 50 years.
• BB1 for General Builder, Main Contractor with impressive track record in private landed housing project.
• 5.5 days work week | Mon - Fri & Sat Half day
• OR Alternate Sat (5 days 1 week / 6 days next week)

Responsibilities

• Managing a part of the construction project
• Assist in technical advice and supervision for other members of the staff
• Planning day to day work program of the project progress
• Ensure projects meets agreed specifications, budgets as well as timescales
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans

Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in landed property - Terrace, Bungalow, etc OR Singapore building experience.

$3,000 to $4,200
