Job Description:-

• In Charge of Building Facilities Management Matters
• Attend Management Meetings
• Perform routine building maintenance works
• Develop and plan the fire safety programs for the property, including training, annual fire drills, SOPs, response to fire alarm, etc.
• Develop, review and update the Emergency Response plan to meet the latest requirements stipulated by the SCDF.
• He/She will take the role of a FSM plus the trade lead for the fire protection system in the campus.

Requirements :-

• Degree/Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience after obtaining FSM certification.
• Registered and valid FSM Certification with SCDF Knowledgeable on Fire Safety Systems and Building & Fire Regulations and Singapore Standards & Code of Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and work closely with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support such as interpret construction drawings
• Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers
• Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their respective scope of works for smooth project execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate concurrent research projects together with Corp Lab director, PIs and ensuring they are completed within time and budget, and meet quality standards.

It provides A/B test evaluation and intelligent optimization services for business iterations, helping businesses to measure benefits scientifically and effectively. On the road of trial and error in rapid iteration, make bold assumptions and be careful for proof. The platform currently includes three main products: A/B testing, automatic parameter adjustment, and configuration release. In addition, it also provides analysis and evaluation methods for city A/B (artificially synthesized control group).
