Perform non-technical proposal engineering works including coordination and monitoring, provide a support to Section Lead, Proposal, and ensure completion of organizational and management tasks or activities to support the efforts of the Engineering department.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor the engineering budget across all the disciplines to ensure that the budget in each category i.e. Manpower requests, Technical software Training program, Team-building, Business expenses & etc is exercised timely and within the limit.
• Coordinate, develop monthly Manning plan including engineering resources (internal and external if required) to support engineering management decision in resource planning which satisfies corporate and project demands
• Monitoring project engineering budget status including work orders and reporting to the engineering management to ensure the project can be completed within the budget.
• Monitor and ensure that CV update, online job description updates & Job skills assessment/ technical competencies are completed as planned or required.
• Coordinate with the different disciplines on their 1st week Trainings for Young and Newly Joined Engineers program (i.e. send the QR code to new joiners and compile monthly their attendance for future audit purpose, share feedback with Group leads & Section leads for their awareness on the program)
• Coordinate with the disciplines to get new joiners updated their resumes for future purposes of tender bidding or as & when required by Project review for project resources
• Support proposal engineering works including coordination for engineering budget and engineer mobilization plan and advise the engineering management of resource planning
• Additional responsibilities may be added to scope of work based on business need (e.g. any ad-hoc engineering activities)
• Coordinate and monitor training program status including onboarding program for new joiners to ensure the program has completed in time, achieve its purpose and object.

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary Qualification in a related filed which is highly desirable
• Proven record of coordination with all section leads in Engineering department with high levels of customer satisfaction.
• MS outlook, Team and MS office skills

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support installation and implementation of smart metering devices
