Operation (Maintenance)

• Senior Process Engineer II (NPI) scope of work includes setting up manufacturing processes, quality control measures, improvement exploration including design of jigs and looking into design for assembly.
• Will need to have a good understanding of existing manufacturing set-up and using techniques such as value stream mapping (VSM), will design the manufacturing concept to optimize available resources. After defining the manufacturing concept, will design the manufacturing processes and incorporating design for assembly (DFA) principles to simplify assembly processes by reducing components or assembly operations required.
