• Ensure Safety Toolbox briefings are conducted and documented

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• We would prefer candidates to have working experience as a Field Technical Officer.
• Diploma in Engineering, Electrical Engineering and other related fields.
• Possess at least Class 3 manual license to operate company vehicle.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external users.
• You are required to work scheduled standby when necessary.

• Conduct workshops and lead discussions with stakeholders on business requirements.
• Perform feasibility studies and fit or gap analysis on the customer’s requirements.
• Liaise with subject matter experts for the design of solutions and creation of functional specifications based on customer requirements.
• Perform system configuration and documentation.
• Perform unit testing and coordinate system integration testing with external parties.
• Coordinate and assist the customer during user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage and review documentation according to guidelines for the deliverables (test scripts, release notes, user training documents etc.)
• Conduct user training which includes preparation of the training documents.
• Provide support for cut-over activities during system go-live.
• Provide go-live support during the production stability period.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal support for the smooth transition from project to support phase
• Assist in other ad-hoc project activities with assigned project manager
• Perform ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above
• To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times
• Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company's KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems,infocomm Technology.
• Able to communicate effectively with the ability to breakdown and convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Able to collaborate with different stakeholders from internal and external.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, self-motivated, initiative taker and ability to work independently.

10) Prior experience working in MNCs Agent will be an advantage (I.E. Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba)

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Manager
• To provide guidance to Project Engineer
• Planning and scheduling of projects
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System and to ensure clients' requirements are met
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
• Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
• To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College
• At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
• Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude.
