JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinate Gradiant Field Construction and manage Operation activities in Singapore and in Southeast Asia (as long as travels reasonably allow). • Support the development, establishment, and maintenance of plant performance monitoring, reporting and improvement.
• Proactively report and investigate plant performance/reliability issues and propose practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee the relevant technical support to the operating sites, as to reduce unplanned downtime through failure analysis and corrective actions implementation.
• Support the preparation of the predictive and preventive maintenance programs at operating sites and closely monitor their performance.
• Participate in technical meetings related to Gradiant projects being executed and potential project opportunities as Gradiant’s local representative.
• Promote and support Gradiant after sales services, including spare parts, consumables, ad hoc operational and site technical support. Work closely with Engineering and Procurement departments to correctly specify and source materials and services.
