RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the annual performance and rewards cycle including performance appraisals, salary increments, promotions and bonus payments
• Support the review and development of rewards framework and practices (e.g. compensation and benefits benchmarking, salary structure review)
• Manage the implementation of employee benefits programmes (e.g. annual group insurance renewals)
• Provide data support for rewards related exercises and projects (e.g. annual budgeting exercise and ad-hoc cost projections)
• Apply data analytics to provide periodical reporting on HR Dashboard

Role Description:

This position reports to the Marcom director and is responsible for supporting the development of marketing strategy and and execution of marketing campaigns. He/She is expected to assist with the logistics arrangements involved in organising online marketing campaigns. He/ She is also expected to assist with the collation of customer data to help management understand the target segments for media assets.
