RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description:

• Marketing of security manpower & technology services
• Develop marketing plan and follow marketing schedules to reach out to potential clients by market segment
• Arrange meetings with potential clients to make introductory presentations and understand their requirements
• Attend site show rounds and prepare tender proposals for submission
• Respond to any sales inquiries and provide a quotation
• Prepare and negotiate the commercial contract with clients
• Developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying, and supporting new sales opportunities, and managing potential cross-selling opportunities with all of the company’s products and services where possible.
• Prepare marketing materials including digital media, brochures, and email advertising
• Prepare weekly reporting e.g. marketing activities, customer database, or sales reporting
• Gathering general market information, conducting the Market/Competitor analysis, obtaining competitive intelligence, producing analysis of potential market share, customer dynamics, and relevant upcoming opportunities.
• Strong understanding of Security Manpower & Systems requirements, market awareness, and established network with both customers and suppliers.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Director from time to time.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily preparation of ingredients (e.g. boiling, washing, peeling, slicing etc.)
• Assisting Cooks & Chefs with cooking and food presentation
• Maintaining the quality and plating standards of all food items
• Washing of all appliances, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
• Upkeeping of kitchen cleanliness and personal hygiene at all times
• Restocking of all inventory items

· Verify that all card transactions reconcile with the daily settlement at the end of each day.

· If any manual invoice is issued, ensure it is entered into the system and processed according to

· The cashier must follow additional instructions from the accounts team regarding filing and

· File sales invoices and supporting documents, including cash register and card settlements daily.

· Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the accounts team.

· Maintain organized filing of all other transaction receipts, such as item purchases and item transfers

· Provide invoices to the accounts team for auditing purposes as required.

· The cashier should have a thorough understanding of Singapore's AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

policies and risk assessment procedures.

· Candidates with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) certification are preferred

· Must adhere to all company SOPs and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations to ensure smooth

cash transactions and mitigate risks
