KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick and pack goods for customer deliveries
• Pack and load products onto trucks according to the day’s specifications
• Unload goods based on customers’ instructions (if any)
• Check and review if the goods delivered are in the correct quantity and good condition
• Assist the Driver to contact customers when necessary
• Ensure delivery orders are signed and payments for deliveries to be collected accurately
• Assist in the unloading of goods from containers when necessary
• Ensure all products are stored properly in their respective location
• Housekeeping duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 days work week (No work on Sundays and Public Holidays)
• Excel in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients
• Physically fit (heavy lifting is required at times)

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

Record and process all business transactions within the organisation’s accounting
system using principles of double-entry accounting
Record transactions relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash/bank
and ensuring timely reconciliation
Prepare GST & Withholding returns for Financial Controller’s review
Record transactions relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments
Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for managements use
Perform month-end closing activities under Financial Controller’s guidance
Prepare management reports
Undertake any other finance duties as required

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Post Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 5 years of hands-on experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word required
Mature, responsible and able to work independently
Proficiency in English(required) and Hindi/Tamil would be advantageous to deal with
Indian stakeholders
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and deliver results
Work week: 5.5days to 6days(negotiable)
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
