Key Responsibilities

The F&B Executive (Administration) is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the F&B Department, assisting with the coordination of kitchen operations, and ensuring the efficient flow of information within the department and with other stakeholders. Administrative Support:

• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.

Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the Director of Culinary & Beverage Operation (DOCBO), other F&B teams and all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely dissemination of information.

Qualifications:

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating the daily clinic operations activities and resource utilization to ensure cost efficient and effective management of the clinic.
• Alongside with a partner, both of you will ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of a polyclinic and be responsible for the management of the operations team in service provision and patient care.
