Assistant Housekeeping Manager

These roles ensure our guest accommodation and all areas front and back of the house are maintained in spotless condition at all times. They assume a very "hands-on" management of the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department by establishing and controlling planned cleaning schedules and working closely with the Front Office to ensure that guest accommodations are ready in a timely manner to Four Seasons standards. • Accounts Receivable
  • Generate customer invoices, credit/debit note and posting entries in the eTeams.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities against assigned credit limit/term.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Assist the outlet manager on daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations

As a Reservations Assistant Manager, you will assist the Reservations Manager in managing daily operations of the Reservations Department, including providing support, coaching, and training of the Reservations Agents. The role encompasses all aspects of reservations for the hotel.
