We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems, a solid understanding of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records.
• Maintain compliance with MOM laws and regulations.
• Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data using Excel.
• Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Diploma from a polytechnic or equivalent.
• Relevant HR experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and MOM regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Principal for all administrative details related to the center's day-to-day operations and provides customer care services to students and their parents during their stay with the school.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in picking up and answering any phone call on general enquiries
• Meet and greet parents/students/visitors
• Provide proper information about school fees and programs
• General clerical duties
• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationary, events, etc
• Responsibility for proper storage of stationary and uniforms
• Support operational workflow

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently
