The international research team consists of two geographers, a philosopher, and an urban planning scholar. • Maintain accrual related schedules.
• Ensure completeness of GL journal file, check, and update GL postings
• Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reports or assignments.
• Keep accurate records for all transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data.
• Inventory review and reporting.
• Responsible for internal financial leasing reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audit.

Requirement

•  Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent, ACCA
•  Minimum 2 years of working experience
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
•  Experience in Finance Lease Accounting would be an advantage.

POSSESS FORKLIFT LICENSE PREFERENCE.

• REPACKING OF BLISTER PACKS, BUNDLE ND ETC.

Job Description

At Siena Health, the Product Development Executive is responsible for identifying and discovering products that bring benefits to our customers in all aspects of health and skincare. You will be involved with sourcing and also helping to develop products for us. This role is integrated with internal operations and works closely with counterpart suppliers and the marketing team.

Key Role and Responsibilities

The Product Development Executive will need to be in the know about market trends, consumer insights, and commercial viability of products and is always ready to discover unique products to expand our existing product line. You're also an outstanding project team player who is able to manage and coordinate our suppliers and marketing team to prioritize and launch products on schedule and within specifications.

You will be playing an active role:

• To maintain a master sourcing list to track potential and existing suppliers comparing lead time, cost, quality, and other specifications.
• To service and develop relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• To be familiar with the regulatory requirements of products to launch in different markets.
• To maintain and check product documentation (ie: Certificate of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheet, Final Artwork, etc.)
• To handle the procurement of medication, raw materials, packaging material, etc.
• To source for shipping logistics based on budget and lead time available.
• To lead research and generate technical product information for sales & marketing purposes
• To be responsible for expanding market share and exploring new business opportunities including exclusive distribution rights for products
• To manage the forecasting supply and demand of products.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be discovery-driven, be proactive, take initiative, and have a keen eye for unique products. You will also need to be knowledgeable in many areas such as different product regulations, logistics, and nutraceutical raw materials.

Your Experience

• At least 2 years in procurement / product development / supply chain & logistics
• Experience in healthcare / FMCG / nutraceutical / pharmaceutical industry
