• Assist in handling for the overall general office administrative duties;
• Support and responsible for the office supplies purchasing;
• Support HR department and functions;

• Exhibition booth design, preparation and participation;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent and preferably specialized in Business management/Marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office and Graphic design
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin

Job Description

• Execute marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
• Driving of the creative/design process for marketing material. This includes the update and development of existing materials plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy.
• Regularly review marketing plan, response rates/KPI’s, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate.
• Planning and organising events in stores.
• Support CRM activities such as creation of new CRM programs, analysing data of current programmes and propose action plans
• Co-ordinate with Creative team on the fulfilment of collaterals and POSM for stores
• Preparation of memo and publicity materials to be distributed to stores

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Management/IT
• While fresh grads are welcome to apply, at least 1 year of marketing experience is advantageous
• Strong computer skills in managing software platforms including Microsoft
• Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude and team player
• Prior experience in retail or service industry will be advantageous
