Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales or a related field.
• Driven, energetic, and results-oriented with a hunter's mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with clients.
• Exposure to IT-related products is highly preferred.

1. Recruit, develop, and support Business Builders and Sales Leaders.
2. Assist in expanding current markets and developing new ones.
3. Organize and participate in events like seminars, trainings, and conventions.
4. Provide key market insights and feedback to management.
5. Ensure effective communication with Business Builders and IBOs.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in MLM or Direct Selling.
