• Overall in-charge to meet department KPIs that is comply to established policies, procedures and guidelines i.e. execute and monitor accurate Billing / Settlement management tasks to ensure both AR and AP are completed for all shipments within stipulated time frame
• Prepare, verify and update of various logistics billing cost items, charging methods and reports to ensure on time & accurate billing generation and submission
• Liaise and coordinate with warehouse operation team to obtain the relevant info for billing report preparation
• Monitor, review monthly billing closing and conduct monthly variance analysis reports
• Review and establish the billing details according to customer’s billing requirements
• Respond promptly and provide professional customer service to enquiries, feedback and clarification on billing discrepancies, if any
• Timely update and maintain accurate data of billing records in ERP / CRM systems
• Provide coaching and oversee billing team members’ performance
• Ensure all related documents are properly filed and archived
• To prepare all information request to meet internal and external audit requirements
• Review and provide improvement idea for billing process and procedure

Job Requirement

• Over 8 years in billing related work experience, preferably in logistics MNC company

Responsibilities & Duties

• Support the overall administration, office management and operations of SRTTs, including research admin support (e.g., support Project Investigators (PI) in grant administration and reporting, ethics review, research software support, scientific advisory panel meeting logistics, etc.)
• Provide corporate and business service support to SRTTs, working with Corporate Group (CG) and Space, Infrastructure and Admin (SpIA) Partners and Research Institute (RI) admin teams.
• Craft, review, and implement business process workflows to achieve efficiency and optimization.
• Work with the Central Initiative Directorate (CID) team to manage and track the operating budget for supporting the SRTTs; this includes costs of SRTT staff training, development and engagement, engaging experts / advisors, CG support, and other costs that may not be directly attributed to specific SRTTs.
• Work closely with RO and other relevant stakeholders to formulate, communicate, and implement administrative policies and procedures, adhering to relevant A*STAR policies and guidelines.

• Plan and prioritize to cater to the different needs of SRTTs.

Requirements:

• Preferably possess a BSc or BA in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 or more years of experience in research administration and operations preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for trade/B2B marketing activities of Content Distribution department including trade events, marketing collaterals and digital marketing.

Events Management:

• Identify and plan key local / overseas content markets for branded booths to promote latest programme offerings, as well as identifying relevant programmes to promote in each market.
• To manage/produce marketing collaterals required for branded booth according to trade market requirements.
• Manage the procurement process of for events set up and coordinate with awarded vendor for set up to ensure smooth delivery of booth at each content market.

Marketing Collaterals:

• Collate marketing information for programmes by working with the relevant production teams and external stakeholders for material required for programme sales (may be required to do translation work, ability to translate from Chinese to English and vice versa will be an added advantage).
• To plan and manage marketing collateral production such as programme posters (for use across all marketing platforms such as events, website and brochures) and brochures (both hard and digital copies).

Digital Marketing Content website / EDMs:

• Responsible for managing and updating the department's content website, including updating of programme info and video files.

• Plan EDMs and other digital communication tools to promote Mediacorp content in region-specific campaigns.

ACTRIS

The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threatening diseases. ACTRIS’ vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immunotherapy and regenerative medicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the local market. What you will be working on

Manage Facility:

• Ensuring that the facility is in compliance with GMP regulations. This includes developing and implementing procedures and processes, maintaining accurate and up to date records and documentation, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance, reporting incidences and preparing reports and data as required by management or to regulatory authorities.
• Assist to manage equipment- and system-related investigations, CAPAs, deviations change controls and to review records.
• Scheduling routine maintenance with service vendors for maintenance of the facility and lab & production equipment to be done on time, including preparing User Request Specification (URS), obtaining quote and following up on PO issuance.
• Ensuring proper & timely maintenance, calibration and operation of all equipment, facility M&E, safety and security equipment such as HVAC, CCTVs, access control, etc.
• Manage HVAC systems and configuration within the GMP environment.
• Managing contractors and stakeholders to ensure regulatory & safety requirements, operating standards, established protocols and the service level requirements of integrated facilities management are met.
• Partner with key stakeholders to meet user requirements and optimal functioning of all laboratory & production and building spaces.
• Responsible for managing the Building Management System, Environment Monitoring System and the facility SMS alarm including responding to environmental deviations and alarms promptly, investigating root causes, and supporting implementation of corrective actions to maintain compliance. Maintain workplace safety & health (WSH):

• Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps.

What we are looking for

1. EDUCATION, TRAINING

· Diploma equivalent Facilities Related, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health or related fields

2. EXPERIENCE

· At least 5 years relevant working experience in managing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facilities/ cleanrooms and BMS (Building Management System).

Key Responsibilities

1. Primary – Reprographics

2. Communication

• Handle all enquiries (emails and verbal) requests from the School.
• Advise staff on reprographic guidelines.
• Liaise with Lead Reprographics Technician on paper and stationeries supplies and equipment breakdown.
• Be responsible for reporting any concerns about a child to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
