Client Communication

• Schedule meetings or calls between clients and immigration consultants

Data Entry and Management

• Accurately input and update client information and application progress in the company’s system

Progress Tracking and Reporting

• Track the progress of immigration applications, ensuring timely completion of each step
• Provide management with regular updates and reports, identifying issues and proposing solutions

Administrative Support

• Arrange appointments for interviews, medical exams, and other immigration-related processes
• Assist the immigration consultant team to maintain high-quality client service

Requirements:

• Degree certificate
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or document processing, preferably in immigration
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills in both
