Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer’s enquiries on job order status, availability and co-ordination of tasks,etc.
• Execution of customer's orders, processing and summarizing the essential informationgiven into the job order form with required attachments.
• Use of Trade-net to provide the Value-Added Service of permit declaration for customers
• Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incompleteinformation or documents.

Job specification:

• Minimum Diploma (General)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport logistics industry
• Candidate with Singapore experience will be an advantage
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented
• Team player with good communication and strong initiative
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good administration and organizing skills

• Liaise with clients on daily work arrangement
• Update maintenance contract renewal record and issue maintenance contract to client
• Manage and update maintenance work checklist
• Handle Accounts Receivables: manage invoicing and credit control
• Manage the payments and handle Accounts Payables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Project, Service, IT and Customer Service.

• Key member in Accounts Receivables department.
• Check the supporting documents for the issuance of credit notes. Follow up with Customer Service/Sales for any selling price discrepancies.
• Liaise with operations and other business divisions on any discrepancies in sales and other supporting documents.
• Perform reconciliation on accounts receivables and handle customers’ queries and request for certified true copies.
• Follow up with sales/customers on collection.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI or Certified Accounting Technician or Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years work experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Candidate with least working experience will be considered for Accounts Assistant position.

Responsibilities:

• Provides enterprise level end user computing services include video conference and MS Teams services
• Manages and handle EUC Automation tools
• Works with team and outsourced service providers to enhance end user service delivery
• Ensures services delivery of 3rd party vendors in line with SLA
• Provides L1/L2 support for systems user administration
• Conducts and manages privilege access management
• Conducts and manages internet proxy and to work with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issue

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, desktop productivity software, audio video conference system
• knowledge or experience with ITIL
• Good teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
