Provide administrative support for the Retail Leasing operation. Looking for a person with administrative experience preferably in retail setting.

The company is a regional property investment holding with main business in shopping malls, logistics, food, agriculture, maritime, hospitality and serviced apartments.

• Ensure that the store is clean, organised and properly stocked at all times
• Receive and process incoming inventory shipments, including unpacking boxes, labelling products and stocking shelves
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Job description:

• To explore potential sales opportunities and acquire new customers
• Outdoor work is required
• At least 2 years of retail or B2B sales experience
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships with timely follow-ups and problem solving
• Closely monitors sales progress with prompt payment collection and delivery

Job requirements:

• Min. O levels and above
• Class 3 Driving License
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients
• 6 days work week

Additional Information:

• Packages include base salary, unlimited commissions, car allowance or provision of a van.

Duties and Responsibilities

• General Admin Duties
• Answering Call
• Handle and follow up on customers' enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Reply Email from outside Parties
• Perform filing and other administrative duties.
• Assist Supervisor in her daily operational process
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirement:

• Able to Communicate with INDIA counterparts
• Minimum N Level
• Computer Literate
