• Support and execute group or hotel-wide sales initiatives/promotions, proactively seeking in-depth knowledge of accounts owned to understand its total revenue impact on the hotel for better negotiation opportunities.
• Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
• Understand the property’s primary target customer and service expectations; serve customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns to offer better business solution both prior to, and during the event.
• Monitor the effective resolution of guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process by creating mechanisms to channel issues to property leadership and/or other appropriate stakeholders.

We are looking for a self-motivated 'hunter' with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen. You should have an eye for detail yet be creative and nimble, with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing requirements and needs of customers. Job scope:

• Assembling our daily orders for clients
• Managing, verifying, receiving, selecting, packaging, and storing all incoming inventory
• Inspecting and assessing received items to ensure they meet the correct quantity, type, and quality standards.
• Preparing and labeling shipments for the delivery team.
• Authorizing and restocking inventory.

Requirement:

• Physically Robust: The candidate must be able to lift and arrange large items.
• Detail-Oriented: The candidate should be able to accurately identify and pack the correct items into their respective orders.
• Proactive: Willingness to go above and beyond typical job duties to achieve results.
• Strong Organizational Skills: The candidate needs to effectively sort, package, and arrange goods while keeping the warehouse clean and orderly at all times.
• Effective Inventory Management Skills: The candidate must ensure that inventory records are maintained accurately.
