Job Responsibilities:

· Handle data entry, cost checking.

· Inventory reconciliation knowledge.

· Co-ordinate with Logistics staff & 3PL on order priority & delivery schedule priority.

· Maintain complete and proper filing of documentation.

· Ensuring duties are carried out in accordance with internal SOP and enhancing SOP when required.

· Management reports.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: -

· Minimum GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level or Equivalent

· 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience

· Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & etc)

· Able to work as a team and independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

· Possess positive attitude towards work and team oriented.

· Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our funeral services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

- Assist with the preparation and processing of necessary documentation for funeral services.

- Maintain accurate and organized records and files.

- Support the funeral operations team with logistical arrangements.

- Liaise with families, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

- Provide compassionate and respectful assistance to grieving families over the phone and in person.

Qualifications:

- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- High level of empathy, compassion, and professionalism.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sensitive environment.

- Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus, but not required.

- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
