JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. interview schedules, examination and tutorial schedules)
• Prepare onboarding documents
• Conducting of interviews
• Candidates management not limiting to updating candidates of interview outcome, answering candidates' enquiries and ensuring shortlisted candidates attending examination etc
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses a minimum Diploma
• Proficient in MS Office
• Prior experience in similar field
• Able to at least commit 1 year of service
