Job Description:

This job will cover both Corporate Credit Admin and Private Wealth Credit Admin, giving the potential candidate a wide range of exposure. Scope involves the below but not limited to:

• Preparation to verification of Facility Letter and other credit-related documents, ensuring the approved terms and conditions are correctly stated in facility letter and thereafter granting facility in system.
• Maintenance and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of facilities granted in system.

• Oversee the key-in register of credit facility and collateral systems; ensuring clients’ information in the system are up-to-date and properly maintained.
• Maintain proper safekeeping of credit file and documentation.
• Liaise with internal & external legal counsel on foreign Legal Opinions and registration of security charge.
• Prepare and submit recommendation on Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio for specific product types of any exceptional request in accordance with LTV framework.
• Prepare MAS reports and other MIS reports as required.
• Perform testing on system enhancement.

• Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Good knowledge in financing products such as property and insurance.
• Basic knowledge of excel functions (VBA Macro preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking or Private Banking.
